Electricity
The villa has a total availability of 35 kw of electricity, distributed over different circuits fitted with normalised sockets. At a few days’ notice the electricity company can provide a further 35 kw of power. Kitchen equipment can use lines of 25 kw in the pavilion and the old kitchens.
Heating in the villa and the pavilion
The ground floor of the villa is heated with the original lamellar cast-iron radiators, from a state-of-the-art central heating system.
All the rooms have beautiful, large fireplaces which work perfectly.
The basement floor has 2 powerful modern fan coils, 2 traditional-style wood stoves, and one 19th century “Franklin” stove, as well as the heat from the bread oven and the Aga cooker.
If necessary, we can install powerful electrical fan convectors, expressly designed for enclosed environments.
The pavilion can be heated with gas patio heaters, heat cannons or fan convectors.
Garden wiring system
The garden is illuminated at a basic intensity level.
Adjustable height spotlights are available for enhanced lighting of the facades of the villa or any other specific area.
Power points for spotlights, special effects or musical equipment are provided throughout the garden.
The peasant gallery
A peasant gallery connects directly the pavilion to the villa, avoiding bad weather risks fo the guests.
